Shipping Policy

This page explains how and when Meridane Trading orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping rates and delivery times

*Estimated delivery times start after the order ships and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and customs may extend them.

3. Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us right away; we can update the address before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

7. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Return Policy.
