Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Meridane Trading. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. 30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Items that cannot be returned

• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts.

3. How to start a return

1. Email support@meridanetradingllc.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns without a request may be delayed.

4. Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

7. Exchanges

For a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

8. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.

9. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the times above, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us and we will help.
